All Heads of Department/Schools All the students who would be putting a request for ‘I GRADE’ must submit their request in the concerned department/school on the prescribed performa (along with all medical documents) available in the departments/schools or University Website, within one week of the last examination. The Last date of receipt of applications is May 31, 2016.
